On submission of the booking form the hirer accepts the Terms & Conditions for the Hire of the Hall.

Terms & Conditions for Hall Hire

1. Hirers of the hall will be responsible for any damage to the hall, furnishings and fittings, accessories or surrounds. Any damage must be reported to the hall committee and paid in full by the hirer.
2. The hirer of the hall may only use the hall for the purpose specified at the time of hire.
3. The hall must be left clean & tidy, please ensure floors are swept, worktops/tables are wiped and toilets are clean, mop floors if needed.
4. The committee accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to any property brought into the hall or for any food served and consumed in the hall.
5. No Ball games are allowed in the Hall.
6. Persons under 16 must be supervised at all times.
7. You can hire the hall committee to carry out cleaning duties after your function at the agreed rate.
